Condo Fire Clean Up

A property manager called out SERVPRO of Chatsworth to assist one of their properties following a 4-unit condominium fire in Monrovia.  What started as a small electrical fire in the garage quickly spread through multiple units and after the fire department extinguished the flames, water had significantly increased the damage present. The four unit owners had to temporarily relocate as the properties were damaged beyond reasonable living conditions.  We dried out the building, deodorized the smoke odor, packed out the occupants contents, removed the damaged materials and readied the homes for the reconstruction.
