Office water damage clean

A property manager in Van Nuys, CA called SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch when a hot water pipe in a commercial office spilled into the carpeted hallways. We arrived on the scene and placed and found the water damaged the hallway and several offices. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch set up dehumidifiers to stabilize the environment and to begin the drying process overnight. Upon return we removed the affected drywall from the hallway and applied a disinfectant solution to the wood framing. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch was able to save the carpeting and drywall in the other affected areas by successfully drying the materials with equipment and the tenant was thrilled to have their office back to working order.
