Toilet sewage damage

A homeowner in Tarzana, CA called SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch after a toilet backup damaged multiple rooms in her home. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch arrived and found that the commode, closet, master bathroom and an office we affected by water damage. In the bathroom shown the tile floors and walls, drywall and base were all wet. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch placed a dehumidifier to stabilize the environment and begin drying the materials overnight. Next, we removed the wet tile walls and floors and wet drywall and detail cleaned the studs. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch then applied antimicrobial solution to disinfect the area and prevent secondary damage. The homeowner was thrilled she could now call her contractor for repairs!
