Supply line water damage

A condo owner in Woodland Hills, CA called SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch for help when she came home to a big mess in her kitchen. An undetected leak in her refrigerator supply line was the cause, and we immediately began extracting water from the area. We placed a dehumidifier to stabilize the environment overnight. The next day SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch moved several major appliances and removed the engineered wood flooring. Next we scraped the floor and HEPA vacuumed the area. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch completed the work by applying disinfectant to the entire area. This homeowner was thrilled that she could now call her flooring contractor to finish the job!
