Mold Clean Up

A property manager called SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch after an ongoing leak in an apartment led to tenant complaints of a terrible smell. After inspecting the unit, SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch found visible mold growth behind furniture and along a carpet tack strip in the bedroom. Due to moisture in the wall, we opened the wall to find visible mold in the drywall as well. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch set-up containment to protect the tenants, and removed all of the damaged drywall, carpet and carpet padding.
