Mainline backup damage

A home owner in Canoga Park, CA called SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch for help when her toilet, shower and kitchen sink began overflowing as a result of mainline backup. We arrived and found water had spilled over in two bathrooms, a hallway and kitchen. In the bathroom shown, we cleaned the shower with disinfectant. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch detached the toilet and removed the wet flooring. After finding the subfloor was also wet, we placed a dehumidifier to stabilize the environment and dry out the materials overnight. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch then disinfected the subfloor and the job was ready for the contractor to finish.
