Sewage Clean Up

A property manager in Chatsworth, CA placed an urgent call to SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch after a toilet overflowed in a tenant apartment, spilling sewage throughout their bathroom and closet. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch arrived to find three inches of sewage had spilled through the bathroom and onto the carpet.  We immediately got to work removing the dirty water and setting up containment to protect against the spread of contaminants. We utilized our machines to dry the wet materials and disinfected the entire area to return the bathroom to its initial clean and fresh condition. The tenant couldn’t believe how clean the area looked in such a short time and the property manager thanked SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch for our quick response to this huge mess!
