Water damage Clean Up

When a supply line leading to a coffee machine in a Van Nuys, CA commercial building burst, more than 150 gallons of water began spilling into various office spaces including: two private offices, two large open work spaces, a break room and a conference room.  The building manager immediately called SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch who arrived and began extracting water and packing out important business file cabinets and property. We removed all affected carpeting and drywall and utilized our high-powered SERVPRO equipment to dry out the spaces as quickly as possible. We finished by cleaning and deodorizing the spaces and it was ready for their contractors' finishing touches! The property manager was pleased with how quickly we were able to restore the property so the companies affected could get back to business as usual.
